Chen Yu
Chen Yu is also a doctoral candidate at McGill Law. Her research interests are international trade & investment law, international adjudication and international relations. Her PhD research examines the reform of the investor-state dispute settlement mechanism through the lens of international relations theories. Miss Yu received LLM from McGill and Bachelor of Economic as well as Bachelor of Law from Nankai University, China. She had worked as research assistant at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific. At McGill Law, she has been working as associate supervisory fellow and teaching fellow.
