Daniel Arnaudo
Researcher at the University of Washington studying information, infrastructure, international relations and internet governance. His work is principally in Myanmar and Brazil at the moment. Arnaudo’s principal work is to develop strategies with the University of Washington to teach digital and information literacy in Myanmar.
